Lunch Visitors

After September 4th, parents and other visitors are welcome to come and eat lunch outside our cafeteria with their own child. You MUST sign in at the office and provide I.D. or your student's security code to receive a visitors tag. All visitors must either be listed on the security cards or be accompanied by a parent.

Please note that students may not run around or use the playground during lunch; they must sit with you.

Picnic tables are available outside the Cafeteria, due to space we cannot accommodate guests in the cafeteria. You may want to consider the weather before arrival, since visitor lunches are held outside on the picnic tables.

Am I A Dividend Or A Visitor?

A Dividend is...

any person who is not a current student at Red Bug Elementary who wishes to:

Help in a classroom (assist teacher, volunteer for class parties, decorate door, etc)
Work individually or with a group of students
Go on a Field Trip

PLEASE NOTE: Younger siblings cannot accompany you while you are volunteering at Red Bug.

You MUST fill out a Dividend application.

A Visitor is...

any person who is not a current student at Red Bug Elementary who wishes to:

Attend an after school event (Book Fair, Share the love of the Arts, etc.)
Be in the Audience for an event or performance (Chorus, Field Day, etc.)
Attend a Conference or Data Meeting
Have Lunch with a student

PLEASE NOTE: Lunch visitors must be listed on the Student's Security Card and show I.D. or know the student's security code.
